# Badges

Badges are earned by users after completing tasks within the app. There are 5 types of badges and with harder tasks come higher badge.

With these Badges the user gets additional in-app perks like a bonus Energy using Solo Mode or Club mode, a decreased shoe-minting cost or reduces transaction fees when using the WalkN marketplace.
