The WalkN app would enable a user to see a status indication their activity based on their speed. It would be walking, jogging or running.
In case of a weak GPS detection, it will be displayed on the app and user wonβt be able to earn $STEPS tokens but also they wonβt spend any energy.
Every minute of movement, a token will be rewarded based on four key parameters:

At the highest level, Level 30, users will be given the option to choose either continue earning $STEPS or unlock additional accessories such as mystery box, upgrades. Users at this level will have control over their earning types and they can switch back and forth as they want.
The higher the level of comfort of a sneaker, the more a user can earn. At the highest level, Level 30, users will be given the option to choose either continue earning $STEPS or unlock additional accessories such as mystery box, upgrades.
Speed of movement of a sneaker is very important aspect to earn $STEPS.A user must stay within the sneakerβs range in order to achieve higher earnings. Anytime a user goes out of the optimal range of a sneaker, their earnings can drop by up to 80%, depending on the difference between the current speed and the optimal range.
Earnings will stop after the energy is finished but a user can still continue tracking their movements or manually exit Solo Mode from the app.
